Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced & zested)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. The two lemons should be juiced and zested, with the juice & zest going into the bowl along with all of the other ingredients.
- Serve over your favorite salad! To store your dressing, place it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

This was excellent. The additional lemon zest really adds to the flavor. I like mine a little sweeter so I added more honey. I served it on an arugula salad with shaved parmesan and sliced pears. It was excellent. Will definitely use this dressing again.
